Whether you are looking for one last training week prior to your ‘A’ Race Taper, or you are looking to get some quality coaching then our camps will be catered around you. We only run small camps of max 12 athletes so the coaching time is at its maximum per athlete.

Training Camp’s Includes:

7 days of structured triathlon training.

7 nights in our own group accommodation.

Structured swim sessions and Freestyle stroke correction.

Graded cycling sessions catering for athletes of all abilities.

Run technique sessions.

Full vehicle support for cycle rides.

Open water swimming and skills sessions.

Core stability, strength and flexibility sessions.

Active recovery sessions.

Access to qualified and knowledgeable coach with extensive triathlon training and racing experience

Breakfast and evening meals supplied.
